This information is absolutely necessary for the technical transmission of the web pages and secure server operation. A personalized evaluation of this data does not take place.

Personal Data

Personal data is data about your person. This includes your name, address and email address. You do not have to disclose any personal data to visit our website. In some cases we need your name and address as well as other information to be able to offer you the requested service.

The same applies in the case that we supply you with information material on request or when we answer your inquiries. In these cases we will always point this out to you. In addition, we only store the data that you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily.

When you use one of our services, we usually only collect the data that is necessary to provide you with our service. We may ask you for additional information, but this is voluntary. Whenever we process personal data, we do so in order to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.

Automatically stored datazogene Daten

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Date and time of the request
Name of the requested file
Page from which the file was requested
Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
Web browser and operating system used
Complete IP address of the requesting computer
Amount of data transferred

This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, we store this data for a short period of time. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons on the basis of this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a link to the individual user. The data is also processed anonymously for statistical purposes; it is not compared with other data or passed on to third parties, even in part. Only in the context of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report, a presentation of the number of page views takes place.

Cookies

When you visit our website, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters by which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited Internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.

Through the use of session cookies, the responsible party can provide the users of this website with a user-friendly service that would not be possible without the cookie setting. Without consent, we only use technically necessary cookies on the legal basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.

We only use personal cookies to improve our website or for marketing/advertising purposes with your consent. On your first visit, you can voluntarily agree to tracking or analysis via the cookie banner that appears. If necessary, your data will be passed on to partners or third-party providers. Only if you explicitly agree to this, these cookies will be stored, the legal basis is then your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Userlike Live Chat

This website uses Userlike, a live chat software provided by Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt) , Deisterweg 7, 51109 Cologne, Germany. Userlike uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable a personal conversation in the form of a real-time chat on the website with you. The Userlike cookie is set by the Live Chat plugin to enable the live chat, keep the chat open while browsing and associated to the same operator. The information about your usage and related data of the live chat is collected, stored and processed on servers of Userlike in Germany. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt): www.userlike.com/privacy_policy

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager does not collect any personal data. The tool takes care of triggering other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. You can find Google’s privacy notice for this tool here: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

Google Web Fonts

Google Web Fonts
Google Web Fonts (http://www.google.com/webfonts/) are used to visually improve the presentation of various information on our website. The web fonts are transferred to the browser’s cache when the page is called up so that they can be used for the display. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, the text is displayed in a standard font. When the page is called up, no cookies are stored on the website visitor. Data transmitted in connection with the page view is sent to resource-specific domains such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. They are not associated with data that may be collected or used in connection with the parallel use of authenticated Google services such as Gmail.

You can set your browser to not load the fonts from Google servers (for example, by installing add-ons such as NoScript or Ghostery for Firefox). If your browser does not support Google Fonts or you disable access to Google servers, the text will be displayed in the system’s default font. Information on the Google Web Fonts privacy policy is available at: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#Privacy.

Information on the Google privacy policy and Google terms of use can be obtained directly from Google: http://www.google.com/intl/de-DE/privacy/

Google Analytics with anonymization function

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.

The information generated by these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your website visit including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.
We use Google Analytics with the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” on our website. In this case, your IP address is already shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby anonymized.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

Google will, according to its own information, in no case associate your IP address with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data is collected by Google about the websites you visit. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the Google Analytics browser deactivation add-on does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use. For more information on how to install the browser add-on, please click on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

If you visit our site via a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you must click this link instead to prevent tracking by Google Analytics within this website in the future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above browser add-on. Clicking the link will set an opt-out cookie in your browser that is only valid for this browser and domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted, so you will have to click the link again.

If you have consented to your web and app browsing history being linked to your Google account by Google and to information from your Google account being used to personalize ads, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google Analytics first collects your Google-authenticated ID on our website, which is linked to your Google account (i.e., personal data). Google Analytics will then temporarily link your ID to your Google Analytics data in order to optimize our target groups.

If you do not agree to this, you can turn this off by making the appropriate settings in the “My Account” section of your Google account.

– and this processing is carried out with the aid of automated procedures.

If technically feasible, you may request us to transfer your data directly to another controller.

Right to object:
If we process your data for legitimate interest, you may object to this data processing at any time; this would also apply to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. You may object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
