About Values and Responsibility.
As pioneers in intermodal logistics, we have always integrated sustainability into our transport solutions. And we will continue to do so in the future.
COBANTUR BOLTAS is part of a vital economic system to which we want to actively and responsibly contribute to. The responsibility for customers, employees, society and the environment is our top priority. Of course, we want to achieve our economic goals to ensure our successful, high performing, logistics-group continues to exist. However, a strong identity and our lived responsibility form the basis of our actions. In accordance with the principle of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we include social and ecological issues in our corporate activities. We are therefore well equipped for long-term and sustainable business.
We live our values. We bear our responsibilities. That is our clear position.
Customers.
We want to contribute to the success of our customers. To do this, we include their processes in our thinking. Logistics is a service, which is why we have committed ourselves to modern customer success management at an early stage. Services require a high level of customer care. In addition to meeting all KPIs, ultimately it is also our consistently positive relationships with each and every one of our customers that determine our success. Customer orientation means that the focus is on relationships as opposed to product sales. First-class operational quality is a decisive prerequisite for this. Read more about this under Certification.
Employees.
We want our employees to feel comfortable with us long term. That’s why safety, health and a positive working environment for our teams is paramount. Sports facilities, team breakfasts, joint events and individual training programs, show that the subject of work-life balance is not just a fashionable term for us. The proportion of women in management positions at COBANTUR BOLTAS is well above average. If you are interested in a position with us, apply here.
Environment.
As a logistics service provider, we are especially committed to the issue of resource efficiency. We have dedicted emission-reducing goals and are promoting our environmentally friendly intermodal solutions in particular. Our commitment to sustainability is not limited to just ecological measures, but also takes into account the other two components of sustainability, economic and social. With these three essentials, we strive to ensure a balance between the social, market economy and environmental requirements of modern supply chain management.
Society.
We are consistently reinvesting a significant percentage of our profits into sustainable growth, progress and employee development. We are independent of shareholders so we can therefore make sensible and sustainable decisions in the interests of the company and our colleagues. In addition, we are particularly committed to the socially disadvantaged. They are an important part of our society and need our support.
